Head of Software Development Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a number of software development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in software development practices, particularly within a public Cloud environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Architecture teams to align development plans with market needs.
• Maintain high standards of quality and performance throughout the product lifecycle, minimizing customer disruption.

Head of Software Development Skills:

• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing multiple software development teams.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud-based technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams.
• Experience in using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in software development.
