Role overview

Fresha is seeking an innovative and experienced Head of Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and Social-Digital Assets to lead our social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and digital content creation. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in social media management, influencer marketing, and digital content production. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and engaging online communities, driving brand awareness, and delivering impactful social media campaigns that drive conversions through a structured conversion funnel.

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Head of Social Media to come and join our global business.

Reporting directly into the VP Brand & Marketing , and working collaboratively with:

Marketing Team: Collaborate closely to ensure social media efforts support overall marketing objectives.

Product Team: Coordinate with the product team to align social media strategies with product launches and updates.

Creative Team: Partner with the creative team to develop engaging and on-brand social media content.

Creative Agencies: Manage relationships with external creative agencies to ensure a fluid content factory and consistent delivery of high-quality content.

Customer Support: Work with the customer support team to manage customer interactions on social media.

Data Analytics: Collaborate with data analysts to measure the impact of social media activities, optimize performance, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Media & Omni Media: Work with media and omni media teams to integrate social media strategies with broader media plans and ensure cohesive cross-channel campaigns.

What you will be doing

    • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
    • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Fresha's brand objectives and marketing goals.
    • Influencer Marketing: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify Fresha's reach and credibility.
    • Content Creation: Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand digitalcontent for various social media platforms.
    • Comprehensive Content Strategy: Develop and execute a robust content strategy that supports
    • Fresha's marketing objectives and ensures consistent, high-quality content production.
    • Creative Collaboration: Work with internal creative teams and external creative agencies to ensure a fluid content factory, delivering engaging and cohesive content across all social channels.

What we are looking for

    • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and digital content creation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • B2B and B2C Experience: Proven experience in both B2B and B2C environments, understanding the distinct strategies and tactics required for each market.
    • Social Media Strategy: Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
    • Influencer Marketing: Strong background in identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
    • Content Creation: Expertise in creating compelling digital content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to various social media platforms.
    • Agency Management: Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with external creative agencies, including negotiating contracts, setting clear expectations, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
    • Added bonus

    • Bi-lingual: Fluency in English and another language.
    • Experience with Analytics: Proficient in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) to measure performance, ROI, and derive actionable insights.
    • Conversion Funnel Optimisation: Experience in developing and implementing strategies to optimise the conversion funnel and drive followers through the stages from awareness to purchase.
    • Trends & Innovation: Deep understanding of current social media trends, tools, and best practices, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve.

    • 1st Stage - In person with VP of Marketing and Chief People Officer (60-90 minutes)
    • Final Stage - In person presentation with Leadership Team (90 minutes)
