Please note, we work 4 days a week in our offices in W11 and one day from home.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on Head of Social, Influence & Growth to lead organic social media, influencer marketing and paid social for a founder-led beauty brand, while overseeing global PR and brand events.

This role sits at the intersection of content, creators, performance and cultural presence. The successful candidate will have deep beauty industry experience and a proven track record of directly managing brand social channels, running paid social budgets, and delivering influencer programmes with measurable commercial impact. This is not a traditional PR or communications role; PR and events are overseen strategically to support brand visibility and growth, rather than driven through media relations alone.

The role requires a commercially minded operator who is comfortable working closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to shape brand presence, cultural relevance and revenue growth globally.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media (Organic & Founder-Led Content)
• Own and drive the brand's organic social presence across all key platforms, with responsibility for content strategy, channel growth and engagement.
• Shape a clear social vision and oversee execution that builds cultural relevance, strengthens brand equity and supports commercial objectives.
• Work closely with the founder to elevate founder-led storytelling and position social as a primary growth and influence channel.

Influencer & Creator Marketing
• Lead influencer and creator strategy end-to-end, from identification and relationship management to campaign execution and performance tracking.
• Manage seeding, paid partnerships and long-term collaborations, ensuring influencers are fully integrated into launches, campaigns and social storytelling.
• Success is measured through reach, relevance, content quality and clear performance outcomes.

Paid Social & Performance Growth
• Own paid social strategy and budgets, using data and insights to scale high-performing activity.
• Oversee campaign planning, creative testing and audience strategy, ensuring paid social is tightly aligned with organic content and influencer output.
• Maintain accountability for performance metrics and efficient, sustainable growth.

Events & Global PR Oversight

  • Provide strategic oversight of global PR and brand events, ensuring activity is tightly aligned with social, influencer and commercial priorities.
  • Guide agency partners and internal teams on positioning, key moments and messaging, while using events and PR activations to create culturally relevant content, strengthen relationships and amplify brand visibility across core markets.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Previous experience at this level nationally and internationally
  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • Has demonstrated progression and/or self-development in previous roles
  • Numerical and literacy skills; Able to demonstrate effective written communication and make practical use of relevant management information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills encompassing presentation skills
