The Mission:

Requirements
The Outcomes
- Lead and strategise Flight Studio's social media presence across all platforms to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement (B2B + D2C)
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes and industry trends, positioning Flight Studio as a forerunner in the digital space.
- Oversee the planning and execution of world-class social content, guaranteeing alignment with our brand guidelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with PR & Partnerships teams to integrate our media brand into vital social conversations and forge relationships with major brands.
- Optimise UK & USA content strategy, spotlighting our global partnerships and achievements.
- Drive revenue across social platforms through strategic campaigns, leveraging both organic and paid tactics.
- Design a diversified content calendar complementing marketing initiatives, product launches, and key industry events.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on campaigns, ensuring holistic brand representation across paid, email, and organic channels..
The Competencies
- Proven track record of scaling and growing multiple social media pages.
- Extensive network connections within the media and social landscape.
- Strong understanding of both organic and paid social strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various platforms, including emerging ones.
- Experience in forming and executing influencer campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability in content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry regulations.
- Robust analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
- Capacity to lead and inspire a team of social media managers, driving performance and fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior social media or digital marketing role
- Strong grasp of paid media strategies and familiarity with email marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to collaborate with major brands and influencers, ensuring innovative yet compliant campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, fostering growth, and achieving KPIs.
- Practical knowledge of current industry guidelines and regulations, paired with a knack for fresh, boundary-pushing strategies.
- Solid understanding of both the UK & USA markets and trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
