A Sanpshot of Your Day

As the person responsible for all aspects of the service centres within the Gas Services UK and Ireland regional service unit, your day will involve leading all aspects of operations to ensure they align with company standards. You will implement Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, driving a culture of change and continuous improvement. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a proactive approach to safety and efficiency, ensuring that the service centres operate at their highest potential while adhering to the company's commitment to excellence.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Lead on Health, Safety, and Environmental issues, ensuring a proactive approach within the department.
  • Develop a service culture, maximizing responsiveness and customer focus, and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Manage operational and capital budgets, driving cost efficiency and supporting increased order intake and profitability.
  • Lead strategic planning to align resources and investments with workload projections and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure commitments from service centres are delivered on time and in full, exceeding customer expectations.

What You Bring:

  • Role model EHS behaviors, continually improving the EHS culture within service centres.
  • Ability to develop both internal and external customer relationships.
  • Strong financial management skills to align performance, spend, and investment with business targets.
  • Strategic planning capabilities to align resources with business opportunities.
  • Commitment to maintaining and improving quality systems, addressing causes of non-conformance.
