Position
We are looking for an Internal Recruitment Advisor or Senior Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition specialist for a maternity cover contract, who will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of a busy recruitment team in a company with strong growth plans for the coming years. With the support of Ayesa's Head of Talent Acquisition, you will contribute in a meaningful way to the accomplishment of our recruitment strategy and provide operational support. We operate in more than 23 countries so this will provide the individual an excellent opportunity for development.
Requirements
- You will need to have excellent sourcing/headhunting skills
- Have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in a busy recruitment environment (agency or in-house) - Engineering would be a distinct advantage
- You will need to be well versed in approaching candidates on LinkedIn/Job Boards/Direct Applicants - Screening and Interviewing.
- You will need to be comfortable meeting specific recruitment KPI's set by the Head of Talent Acquisition
- You would have ideally operated in an international environment
- This role would suit an experienced and technically minded Recruiter with a talent for managing and communicating with candidates
- Knowledge of engineering roles and previous experience in the industry would be an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- An enthusiastic person who can work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Strong experience in an administrative capacity with the ability to complete work to a high standard
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders clearly and effectively
