James Hornsby already benefits from a highly dedicated, friendly and well-resourced Science Department and we are now seeking an experienced scientist, who is dynamic and committed to join the team and lead the department in driving further improvement in student outcomes. The successful candidate will have proven experience of teaching science across KS3 and KS4, an excellent track record of curriculum innovation and strong academic results in science, and the ability to lead the ongoing development of the high-quality pedagogical practice within the department.
We welcome applications from candidates with a genuine passion for all sciences, and the drive and flair to instil a lifelong love of the subject in all students, championing the unique value of science within the school curriculum.
