About The Role
The Head of School will be a committed, visible and caring leader serving a diverse community , w ith over 38 % of our pupils on free school meals . This is an exciting opportunity for a proven As sistant or Vice Principal with a track record of hands - on leadership and excellent communication . The appointed Head of School will have the support of a dedicated Executive Principal , the wider Ark network and fellow Ark heads . T his could also be the ideal role for an existing Headteacher who value s collaboration and is looking to join a network of schools where they can have wider impact. The new Head of School will join Ark Conway this September, or sooner if possible.
The incoming Head of School will join a high-achieving primary school praised in its most recent Ofsted (July 2024) ; but with more work to do . We are seeking to appoint a h ardworking and committed Head of Sch o ol who values the importance of building strong relationships with parents, staff and children.
