Qualifications

Role Accountability and Duties:

  • You will and your team will be driving and closing repeat high-value business on conferences.
  • You will be maximising revenue through sponsorship and conference sales.
  • You will be leading and developing relationship with key decision makers building accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • You and your team will be building on existing accounts, maintaining key relationships.
  • You will set, achieve and exceedmonthly sales targets for you and yourteam.
  • You will be managing a sales pipeline document for reporting purposes - forecasting business accurately on a weekly and monthly basis
  • You will gather product and company feedback from clients and prospects being an expert in your field.

What you bring to the team:

  • A solid and proven background in sales and sales management, minimum Event Sales(conference sales preferably)
  • Competent in sales process and someone that's leads by example
  • Ability to identify and launch conferences
  • Proven track record of leading a high performing team and nurturing talent.
  • Adapt at winning new business and successfully account management
  • Able to sell on concept and provide a consultative sales approach with an excellent telephone manner
  • Enjoy being challenged and engaged in a KPI driven environment where a good percentage of your total earnings are performance based
  • Ideally you will have a genuine interest in and desire to contribute to the world's evolving energy future, in which, we believe renewables and clean energy have a vital and rapidly growing role
  • Free to travel globally to events and pitch existing and new business customers
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce)
