Job Summary
We are recruiting an exciting new role to Kiwa UK. As Head of Sales for the RF & Electrical Cluster, you will develop and lead the overall Cluster sales vision and play a pivotal role in driving the Cluster's growth and long-term success.
The RF & Electrical Cluster brings together three specialised Business Units, each committed to delivering exceptional expertise and services: KPC, KEC and Basec. Together, these units form a powerhouse of innovation, safety, and quality in RF & Electrical.
This is a remote role with UK travel expected.
About the role
- Act as a Kiwa ambassador, embodying its core values (Ambitious, Reliable, Engaged).
- Support the RF & Electrical Cluster at Senior Management Level
- Develop and implement a sales strategy in collaboration with senior leadership with the Cluster to achieve business growth targets.
- Align with marketing to create and execute a market growth strategy.
- Perform market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.
- Expand revenue from existing services and launch new offerings to drive growth.
- Foster a positive customer experience and build strong client relationships.
- Manage key accounts, negotiate high-value deals, and lead major bids and sales negotiations.
- Leverage global sales opportunities across business sectors.
- Work with Cluster Sales and Marketing teams to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams for growth initiatives.
- Achieve annual sales targets and manage pipeline risks.
- Develop KPIs to track individual and business performance.
- Build and lead a high-performing, knowledgeable sales team.
- Implement a sales academy for skills and knowledge development.
- Attract, retain, and mentor sales talent, setting SMART objectives to ensure success.
Do you have what it takes?
- Significant relevant experience.
- Industry experience within TIC and or relevant cluster area
- A proven track record of success in business development, sales or a related field.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, mentor and motivate a high performing team.
- Ability to actively network with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience of managing customers, employees and shareholders expectations.
- Entrepreneurial by nature.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experienced working knowledge of CRM and IT systems.

- Circa £80,000 per annum
