Key Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute the revenue operations strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales operations team.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee the administration and optimisation of the CRM system and other sales tools.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales performance metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Lead the development of accurate revenue forecasts and budgets.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies and to drive cohesive revenue growth.
- Design and manage effective sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies.
- Establish a framework for data-driven decision-making to support revenue goals.

Our ideal candidate has:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within a SaaS company.
- A proven track record of successfully running an ARR business of 25m - 100m USD with small, medium and large customers.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience in Value-based selling frameworks like Force management MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or worked in SaaS companies that implemented a similar framework
- Knowledge or experience in Fintech or AML, particularly in crypto
