  • Translate broker operational challenges into value-led propositions.
  • Run high-impact demos and executive-level conversations.
  • Lead commercial negotiations in line with sales governance.

Go-To-Market Execution

  • Execute Ignite's GTM strategy across defined market segments.
  • Work with Marketing, Product and Delivery to refine messaging.
  • Provide market feedback into product prioritisation.
  • Contribute to pricing and commercial frameworks.

Sales Discipline & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Operate with disciplined qualification and close criteria.
  • Support development of sales processes and playbooks.
  • Act as a role model for ethical, high-performance selling.

  • Success within other leading UK software houses
  • London Market exposure.
  • PE-backed or investor-led business experience.
  • Product-led SaaS sales exposure.

Professional Attributes

  • Trusted by UK brokers.
  • Brings opportunities, not just conversations.
  • Wins through credibility and persistence.
  • Builds long-term value.
  • Raises the commercial bar.
