Job description

Lead day to day service control strategies through control-center based teams.

Service improvement investigation, recommendation, and implementation.

Lead communication initiatives to improve staff awareness of route performance issues.

Development and implementation of new innovative technologies to improve all aspects of route performance & reporting.

Manage staff budget and deliver overall QIC Bonus revenue.

Work with Commercial peers to submit high-quality tender submissions.

Build cross-departmental technological initiatives to improve operational efficiency of the business.

Crisis Management (Gold Control) in line with Business Continuity plan.

Key Account Management; Relationship with TfL - designated contact for Stakeholder engagement - Audit, Mileage, Health and Safety, Bus operations.

Staff development and training.

Strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Member of the London Senior Commercial Leadership team

Knowledge of TfL Bus control processes.

Staff management of diverse, remote teams.
