Location: INTO Manchester (On site)
Contract type: Permanent
Salary Range: £43,000 - £55,000 (Dependent on Experience)

INTO Manchester is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded leader to join the centre in a high-impact role. Focusing on Product & Proposition Strategy, you willhelp shape how one of the UK's most dynamic international education partnerships grows in the years ahead.
Based in the heart of Manchester and working closely with the University of Manchester, this role sits at the centre of strategy, growth, and innovation. You'll be responsible for ensuring the centre has the right course portfolio, the right market proposition, and the right commercial approach to attract students from around the world.
You'll work closely with global recruitment teams, marketing, admissions, and university stakeholders to identify new opportunities, launch new programmes, strengthen market positioning, and ensure INTO Manchester remains highly competitive in key international markets.
Alongside this, you'll become a trusted voice across the partnership - helping connect teams, align priorities, and drive recruitment performance through strong collaboration and commercial insight.
As part of the Senior Management Team, you'll also play an important leadership role within the centre itself, contributing to the wider success of the business while managing and developing a Recruitment Proposition Manager.
We're looking for someone with experience in international education, student recruitment, or higher education partnerships, combined with strong commercial instincts, stakeholder confidence, and the drive to make things happen.
