What you will be doing

This is an exciting time to join Breathe. Having proven the value of our products in both the automotive and consumer electronics spaces, we are scaling and looking to add a Head of Projects to the team. You will lead and coordinate our customer projects internally and externally, ensuring our products performance and software is integrated at the highest quality and delivered to meet our customer's timelines. You will be working with some of the largest and best-known automotive and device OEMs in the world - coordinating software delivery with our cross-functional internal teams.

Your day to day

• Plan, coordinate, and help execute the integration of our Embedded Products into our customers' systems, from project scoping to start of production
• Work closely with Breathe commercial team on maximising commercial value
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers' engineering and wider teams to maximise the value of our software solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
• Lead the Project team, which is responsible for ensuring the timely completion of our automotive and consumer electronics projects
• Partner closely with our Product Development teams to continuously improve our products based on customer feedback
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, emphasising end-user focused high-quality software delivery aligned with industry standards such as ASPICE and ISO 26262
• Collaborate with the Head of Battery and Head of Software to strategically resource plan for delivery on projects

Your background

• Proven experience of managing multiple software projects at scale in the automotive or consumer electronics industries
• Proven track record of successfully leading highly technical teams to deliver complex projects within ambitious production timelines
• Experience in managing customer-facing projects and fostering strong client relationships
• Experience with batteries and battery management systems is a plus
• A self-starter, with attention to detail, who can take ownership of a project and work with internal teams in a kind and conscious manner
