Job Title: Head of People & Capability – Project Management
Location: Warton (3 days per week onsite)
Salary: £92,700+ with car allowance and bonus, depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:

Accountable for the Project Management Strategic Workforce Plan for the Air Sector

Responsible for leading the Organisational Effectiveness (including sprints) for Project Management across the Air Sector

Accountable for establishing the Project Management Supply Plan for the Air Sector
-
Responsible for Project Management resourcing for the Air Sector across all pipelines of supply – early careers, experienced hires, on-site subcontract

Responsible for all aspects of the talent process including skills framework and for assessing levels of project management SQEP (suitably qualified and experienced person).

Responsible for skills development programmes for the function

Lead interface the trade union and employee representative groups
Your skills and experiences:

Relevant Project Management degree or equivalent experience

Proven ability in Project Management integration, including planning

In-depth knowledge of people capability elements and talent management
-
Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across a large, dispersed functional model
