We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Project Management and Operations to lead and elevate our project delivery capabilities. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, ensuring the seamless and high-quality execution of a portfolio of client engagements. The Head of Project Management and Operations will champion best-in-class project management, foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, and optimise operational processes to maximise efficiency and client satisfaction.
This role requires an experienced leader with exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, capable of driving strategic initiatives and contributing directly to the agency's continued growth and success.

The Role:
Team Leadership:
- Provide strong and strategic leadership to the PM & Ops team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, proactivity, and continuous development.
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop project managers at all levels, identifying individual strengths and areas for growth, and creating tailored development plans to enhance their skills.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in project management, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and workshops to ensure alignment, address challenges, and share successes.
- Effectively manage team workload and resource allocation.
Project Management Oversight & Delivery:
- In addition to providing strategic oversight, this role will also be responsible for the direct management of specific, high-value, and/or strategically critical client projects. This will involve leading all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and successful closure.
- Oversee the management of all client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Implement and monitor key project performance indicators to track project health, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex project issues and provide strategic guidance resolving challenges.
- Foster strong working relationships with Consultancy and other Fox departments.
Operational Excellence
- Drive continuous improvement across the agency's client delivery functions. This includes evaluating processes beyond just project management, such as resource allocation across departments, workflow, and inter-departmental collaboration.
- Analyse performance data (including project KPIs, resource utilisation, client feedback) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies.
- Facilitate post-project reviews and operational debriefs to identify lessons learned and implement improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in operational excellence relevant to B2B marketing agencies.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and proactively seek opportunities to elevate the agency's delivery capabilities.
