A multi-award winning film agency is seeking an exceptional Head of Production to lead their next phase of growth.

This boutique agency specialises in premium digital content for prestigious, global brands, with supercar, wine and finance clients amongst many more. They deliver exceptional films across the UK, US, Europe, and Asia with a collaborative "one team, one dream" culture where people genuinely stay and thrive.

The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role in a small company where you'll be the commercial and operational backbone of the business. You'll get stuck into multiple high-end productions whilst building the systems and processes that scale with their continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and work on multiple concurrent film productions for prestigious global brands
• Manage and mentor a growing team including Production Coordinator and Post-Production staff
• Handle direct client relationships - picking up the phone, building partnerships, keeping things running smoothly
• Create project budgets, quotes, and keep an eye on costs to ensure profitability
• Build company-wide processes and operational systems as they grow
• Coordinate global filming schedules and logistics across multiple territories

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience managing high-end brand content production for corporate and digital clients
• Strong track record juggling multiple complex projects without dropping the ball
• Commercial nous with budgeting and negotiation skills across varied production scales
• Excellent client-facing skills and relationship-building abilities
• Confident, can-do attitude with energy and ambition to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Experience with international production logistics and global client management
