We are looking for an exceptional leadership role of Head of Product to play a key part in building our global products and own end-to-end delivery.

As a Head of Product you will be responsible for defining your product vision and outcomes: leading cross-functional teams to deliver your strategic roadmap for the domain and ensuring exceptional user experiences.

Your will be an experienced product leader, adept at inspiring and coaching product teams whilst collaborating and influencing across our global stakeholders.

The Onboarding sub-domain sits within our Player Experience pillar, where we focus on building a seamless end-to-end customer experience, across onboarding, payment, rewards and safer gambling products. The sub-domain includes squads for Onboarding, Login, Account and KYC.

What you will do

• Develops and communicates a clear product vision and strategy for the product domain, aligned with the overarching product strategy and OKRs.
• Identifies growth opportunities and drives the evolution of the product roadmap to maintain competitiveness within the industry.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to align product strategy with overall business objectives and departmental OKRs.
• Leads a high-performing team of product professionals, guiding them in discovery, prioritization and execution of product initiatives.
• Provides development, coaching, setting objectives and goals, and managing performance to ensure the team is motivated and productive.
• Serves as a product evangelist shifting our organisation's product maturity; including, ways of working, mindset and capability.

Qualifications

Essential:

• A demonstrated track record of successfully managing products from concept to market, across multiple squads. 7+ years' experience of developing consumer products and experience
• Domain Expertise: Experience building consumer journeys and products, across eCommerce, FinTech or Banking.
• Extensive experience building and leading product teams
• Demonstrable experience developing product strategy & vision, and adept at prioritizing roadmaps across multiple teams and customers
• In depth understanding of experimentation / testing
• Highly experienced in stakeholder management and collaboration
• Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies
