Job Description

As a key leader of the Portfolio Marketing team, this role is integral for the business, helping evolve our go-to-market strategies by working cross-functionally with our lines of business and product teams.

This leader will be responsible for the position and marketing of our solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of B2B product marketing strategy, a thorough understanding of our brand, the market and customer challenges, and the needs of our customers. This leader will drive our go-to-market strategy for new products and deliver compelling messages that put our customer at the forefront.

  • Translate the business objectives, market opportunities, and portfolio of offerings into a formal, cohesive go-to-market strategy
  • Partner with leaders across the business (e.g., sales, product, marketing, and customer success) to design an aligned set of strategies, tactics, and resources that achieve business objectives
  • Understand buyer and customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape
  • Build the go-to-market plan to support and grow the portfolio of offerings, including prioritising and aligning target audiences, developing effective messaging, and planning campaign strategy
  • Create a revenue enablement plan and oversee marketing contributions to drive buyer- and customer-facing role adoption of the portfolio
  • Oversee launch planning for new offerings - including an BU-wide process and template - that incorporates products, solutions, and services where applicable
  • Oversee internal resources and external agencies tasked with creating effective content for interactive, campaigns, and sales enablement
  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to guide the product marketing staff in their day-to-day activities
  • Conduct routine assessments of the organisation's go-to-market processes and address gaps in performance

Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses the business and commercial depth along with the product marketing expertise. Additionally, the candidate will bring excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills to inspire our teams, rapidly establish trust amongst a diverse set of stakeholders and execute effective growth strategy to drive incremental pipeline.
