Overview
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover) | London (Hybrid)
We are hiring a Head of Product & Solutions to lead one of the most impactful areas of our business-where product thinking meets client transformation. This is a unique opportunity to shape how integrated digital solutions are defined, sold, and delivered to leading brands. You'll sit at the centre of strategy, experience, data, and technology-bringing clarity to complexity and driving meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and evolve the product practice, setting clear standards and ways of working that enable high-quality outcomes
- Define and own end-to-end client solutions, ensuring they are coherent, deliverable, and value-driven
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding conversations around transformation, CX, and innovation
- Shape compelling solution strategies for pitches and proposals, translating client challenges into actionable plans
- Drive commercial growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong value propositions
- Oversee product roadmaps and programme delivery, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and outcome-focused
- Align multidisciplinary teams around a shared vision, simplifying complexity into clear direction and action
Qualifications

- Experience leading product, digital, or transformation initiatives in complex environments
- Ability to shape integrated solutions that bring together strategy, experience, technology, and data
- Strong commercial awareness, with a focus on delivering measurable value
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, with clear and effective communication skills
- Experience contributing to or leading pitches, proposals, or growth initiatives
- A collaborative leadership style that brings out the best in cross-functional teams
- Curiosity and strategic thinking, with the ability to connect ideas and drive innovation
