Head of Procurement, Business Resilience and Facilities

What you do

The Head of Procurement, Facility and Protection & Resilience (HoCF) will be responsible for the management of all corporate spend, of facilities and P&R. The HoCF will lead a team of 4 people to optimize external cost, ensure compliance to group standard and support group initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Define together with the Regional Head of Centeral Function ( HoCF) local Procurements, facility and Protection & Resilaince (P&R) targets
• Ensure that group standards are implemented, communicated and understood by employees
• Work closely with the Regional HoCF to align on strategic initiatives, ensuring that all initiatives are delivering consistently in an efficient and effective manner.
• Define global sourcing strategy and manage RFP and negiotations
• Manage the network of service providers for indirect procurement categories (e.g. professional services, marketing & communication, facilty...).
• Manage the run of building (s) and facility services ,respecting local regulation & obligations
• P&R: ensure the implementatyion and efficteveness of the different P&R pilars (Business Continuyity Managelent, Crisis Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Protective Security, Global Incident Management and Outsouricng)
• P&R: ensure a cost effective business continuity strategy including Disaster Recovery and major incident response plans
• Manage specific spend category including; market research, category strategy and innovation deployment
• Consistently monitor network performance and compliance and reports identified issues, challenges, opportunities to Regional HoCF
• Manage and animate Procurement, facility and P&R community together with Regional HoCF
• Support Regional HoCF in the recruitment of team member and advice Regional HoCF on the development of the employees to ensure high professional standards

What you bring

• Minimum of 8 years experience managing procurement and/ or strategic buying processes
• Proven experience in P&R would be a plus
• Experience in managing a team and steering external service providers
• Proven experience working within a large international environment
• Strong ability to use data and insights to identify and drive opportunities
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions; ability to motivate and influence key project stakeholders and drive change
• Strong English written and oral communication
