About this Role

Weare seeking to recruit an experienced and innovative leader of Physics. Applicants must be able to teach at all Key Stages and to all abilities and bean outstanding classroom practitioner. The appointed candidate will lead, manage and develop thedepartment, and boost student achievement and progress through a creative andchallenging curriculum. Thesuccessful candidate will join a science department which consists of a team ofsubject specialists. The Science department is asupportive and dedicated team, with high aspirations for all students.

The Windsor Boys' School teachesstudents from years 9-13 and has a history of strong results at GCSE andA level. We have a nationalreputation for sport, music and the creative arts, and uniquely are a centre ofexcellence for rowing. Our current Ofsted rating is good with an outstandingsixth form.
