Job Description

The Head of Pharma Market will lead business growth in the pharmaceutical sector within our Life Sciences Division, focusing on both organic expansion and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). This role involves identifying new market opportunities, developing and executing growth strategies, and ensuring the successful integration of acquired companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic growth plans for the pharmaceutical market.
  • Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities, including due diligence and negotiations.
  • Oversee the integration of acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
  • Drive organic growth by expanding market share, launching new products, and enhancing existing offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and industry experts.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve financial targets and maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record in business development and M&A.
  • Proven ability to drive growth through both organic and inorganic strategies.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Adminitration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
