Kiwa UK is looking for an experienced and driven leader to take on the role of Head of Kiwa Independent Pest Consultancy. This home-based position offers the opportunity to shape and execute a strategic growth plan, enhance market presence, and directly contribute to the company's financial objectives. About the role
- Be a Kiwa Ambassador, embodying ambition, reliability, and engagement.
- Provide strategic direction and hands-on management of the KIPC team, reporting to the Strategic Business Director.
- Develop and execute a growth-focused sales, business development and marketing strategy in collaboration with the Strategic Business Director and Marketing team.
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional service to customers and stakeholders.
- Optimise resource allocation and maintain clear role expectations for efficient service delivery.
- Build and lead a high-performing, customer-focused team, ensuring training, development, and succession planning.
- Oversee budgeting, P&L ownership, and financial performance, collaborating with finance for invoicing and cost management.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency, ensuring effective processes and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Principal Technical Consultants on work allocation, scheduling, recruitment, retention, and mentoring.
- Drive a dynamic, results-oriented culture that supports innovation and maintains Kiwa's industry leadership.

- Proven experience leading a service line, driving growth, and managing teams.
- Resilient, dynamic, and results-driven with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Ability to engage and influence colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Experience managing customers, employees, and shareholders expectations.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- Budget management awareness with the ability to work to set targets.
- Proficient in IT tools, including Microsoft Office.
What can you expect from us in return?
- £60,000 per annum
- £5,600 Car Allowance
- Generous Annual Leave - Starting at 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy additional leave and increased entitlement with length of service
- 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, remote role.
