You will support the Senior Leadership Team in shaping thedirection and development of the team. The post holder will be managingcolleagues and securing, implementing and sustaining high quality teaching andlearning in the subject; all leading to aspirational and successful outcomesfor all Ninestiles learners.
We believe in working collaboratively, sharing ideas andsupporting each other to achieve great things as we further develop innovativeteaching and learning strategies. The successful candidate will have a keeninterest in innovative teaching strategies and commitment to further developingtheir leadership skills and will have the ability to inspire learners toachieve excellent results.
