Job Summary:
The Head of Performance Marketing will lead the charge in driving customer growth and revenue generation for our online retail platform. They are responsible for the delivery of sales and profit in line with the business targets. This role focuses on developing, executing, and optimizing customer acquisition strategies across digital channels, managing 3rd party agencies and internal reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our external partners to hit targets and exceed expectations across PPC, programmatic, affiliate marketing, and other paid channels .
- Drive innovation in paid media by identifying and testing new channels and technologies. Test new platforms, ad formats and creative strategies to stay ahead of the curve, scale what works and pivot swiftly from what doesn't.
- Align performance marketing efforts with broader company goals and brand messaging working with Senior Marketing Managers.
- Manage a marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spend allocation across channels and COS making every pound count by balancing long-term growth and immediate wins.
- Forecast and report on performance marketing contributions to overall revenue and profit goals..
- Act as the performance marketing expert, communicating insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
- Self motivated and looking to be a trail blazer.
- Platform Expertise, you're a pro at Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major performance channels.
- Can take initiative and be decisive in their decision making.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of attribution models, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and LTV optimization would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar.
- Familiarity with beauty or lifestyle retail is a strong advantage.
