We're supporting a business going through a major strategic reset - shifting focus from acquisition to retention, efficiency, and community-led growth.
We're looking for a senior, consulting-style Head of Performance / Marketing Analytics to lead a short, high-impact engagement (not hands-on execution).
• 20-day engagement, Outside IR35
• Strategic review across paid media, CRM, platforms & lifecycle
• Heavy stakeholder engagement (workshops, interviews, cross-team collaboration)
• Focus on first-order churn, retention & marketing efficiency
- Hybrid working in London
- Circa £400 - £500 per day, outside IR35
Must-haves:
• Previous Head of Performance / Marketing Analytics experience
• Strong consulting background
• Subscription experience + Braze (or similar CRM)
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and challenging the status quo
