Role overview

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Head of Performance Marketing to come and join our global business.

Working collaboratively with the wider Marketing team, Analytics team, Commercial teams, Exec team and agency partners, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new partners for Fresha's target markets.

You'll be working closely with our performance marketing agency and Analytics team to define and deliver our performance marketing roadmap, getting into the detail of how we best use channels, data and creative to power our funnels and drive healthy lead volumes and revenue.

What you will be doing

    • Leadership - You'll lead and oversee the budgeting, planning and execution of all paid acquisition marketing activities.
    • Strategy - Develop and execute our global partner acquisition strategy across all channels including paid search, paid social, app stores and programmatic display and video, taking a data-driven approach.
    • Agency Management - Manage and hold to account our performance marketing agency, to ensure timely delivery against targets and plans.
    • Growth - Deliver continued lead generation growth across our key markets, while optimising towards value through the marketing and sales funnels.
    • Ownership - Own and deliver the acquisition marketing roadmap to ensure Fresha's coverage within key channels is maximised.
    • Expansion - Grow our channel mix to ensure a healthy, growing and diverse acquisition marketing program.
    • Collaboration - Collaborate with the wider business on GTM plans for existing and new markets.
    • Analytics - Work closely with our Analytics team to maintain and build on the data that we capture and that our tracking systems report accurately.
    • Monitoring - Understand and monitor all acquisition marketing KPIs through dashboards and reports, ensuring that our marketing funnels are healthy and our spend is delivering ROI.
    • Integration - Work with our developers and engineers to set up and maintain conversion tracking within Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and ad platforms.
    • Collaboration - Work closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure our messaging and creative is optimised and refreshed.
    • Communication - Communicate and present the performance of our acquisition marketing to both the wider marketing team, commercial teams, C-suite.
    • Advocacy - Create a buzz around our performance marketing program, being a champion for all things performance marketing across the business.

What we are looking for

    • At least 5 years experience running acquisition focused campaigns.
    • Experience with both fast-paced B2B and B2C brands.
    • At least 2 years in a Head of/senior role.
    • A strong understanding and hands-on experience of paid search, paid social and other digital channels.
    • A deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, associated metrics and KPIs.
    • Experience using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics as well as a strong understanding of conversion tracking technology.
    • A track record in developing and delivering successful ROI through marketing programmes.
    • Analytical, data-driven marketing expertise that bases decisions on insights and facts.
    • Ability to pitch internally your ideas and plans to acquire buy-in and budget.
    • Experience managing performance marketing agencies.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
    • Ability to interact with people from across the business and build strong relationships, including the ability to effectively influence upwards.
    • Self-starter and proactive approach.

Interview process

    • Screen call - Video-call with Talent Team (30 mins)
    • 1st stage - In-person / video-call with the Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Commercial Officer (60 mins)
    • Final stage - In-person presentation with Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief People Officer and other senior team members (90 mins)
    • We aim to complete the entire interview process and deliver feedback within 2 weeks.
