The crown jewel of the department is our brand-new,state-of-the-art £1 million 3G pitch (launched October 2025). This premierfacility is a hub of sporting excellence, not only enjoyed by our students butalso trusted by a wide range of community groups and the MK Dons!
The Cottesloe School is a rapidly growing,oversubscribed 11-19 secondary school, fresh from a £3 million expansion. Thestage is perfectly set, the resources are elite, and the team is ready. We're looking for someone who:
- Puts children and young people at the heart ofall actions.
- Is a passionate subject expert in PE and Sport,able to inspire and enthuse students with varying needs.
- Is a dedicated practitioner committed to schoolimprovement and raising standards for all students.
- Is a confident and dynamic leader whocontributes enthusiastically to the school's culture, demonstrating andexpecting the highest standards.
- Is a personable and passionate communicator withhigh expectations.
- Is committed to continuous professionaldevelopment, adapting to change and embracing new ideas to contribute tohigh-quality teaching and learning.
- Has a strong understanding of the PE curriculum,including assessment and monitoring procedures.
- Has in-depth knowledge and expertise indelivering or leading the specified PE courses: GCSE PE (OCR), Sport Studies(Cambridge Nationals), BTEC Sport (BTEC National Certificate).
