We're looking for a high-energy, high-output Business Development Manager to help us scale. Someone who loves the chase, closes deals fast, and thrives in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment. This is an individual contributor role with direct access to the founder - not a cushy "manager" job. And that's exactly the opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle - from outreach to close - with urgency, clarity, and sharp positioning
  • Build a strong, relevant pipeline: large fashion brands, emerging players, fast-growing DTC brands, and retailers seeking better production partners
  • Craft compelling, customized proposals that connect Nitex's capabilities to real client needs
  • Turn first orders into long-term production partnerships
  • Collaborate across design, sourcing, and operations to deliver outcomes - not just promises
  • Track key metrics, forecast revenue, and bring constant learning to the process

What We're Looking For

  • 3-6 years in B2B sales or partnerships (especially in fashion, retail, or consumer brands)
  • Proven track record of closing deals independently and consistently hitting ambitious targets
  • A fast learner and great communicator - able to simplify complex supply chains into clear value
  • A natural builder - you don't just hunt leads, you create leverage
  • Excited to work directly with the CEO and take full ownership of your region
  • Confident communicator with high attention to detail and EQ
  • Familiar with CRMs, outbound prospecting, and modern sales workflows
  • Deep interest in fashion, manufacturing, or supply chains is a big plus
