We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of Operations to lead a number of our corporate accounts.

The Head of Operations will drive excellence in the service and experience of our customers.

Identifying, motivating, training, developing and directing direct team members to deliver exceptional service and accomplish goals and projects. This position oversees the administrative and operational tasks, including implementation of programs, financial management and analysis, sanitation and safety.

  • Designs, manages and owns the overall experience, not just the offerings
  • Drives a culture of hospitality that is friendly and engaging
  • Has a Passion for quality food preparation and taste
  • Oversees implementation of operational initiatives
  • Manages and mentors toward business goals, ensuring the maturation and training of our teams
  • Monitors and manages all financial responsibilities for area
  • Accountable for meeting budget and financial projects as they arise
  • Ensures all sector and Compass employee guidelines are implemented and adhered to
  • Creates a culture of Food and Workplace Safety
  • Treats everyone with professionalism, care and respect
  • Key relationship to our clients
  • Communicates with the our clients honestly, accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensures teams work within budget while maintaining standards
  • Meets all timelines for quarter and year-end reports given by our partner and sector employer
  • Works closely in conjunction with the Regional Executive Chefs and Catering Teams
