  • Find opportunities for improvement by using data to standardise processes, automate key controls, and improve management information (MI) reporting. Develop and implement measures for risk monitoring, improving the quality of Board, Operating Committee, and other key MI dashboards.
  • To define and maintain the first line operational governance framework required to support new and existing legislation and Aon policy and procedures, in areas such as Consumer Duty, Operational Resilience, Complaints, E&Os, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Business Conflicts of Interest, Cross-Border requirements, CDD, SM&CR and other regulatory areas.
  • To monitor implementation and ensure appropriate controls are in place to evidence ongoing compliance.

  • A proven leader with significant experience in managing risk and compliance activities on behalf of the business, upholding strong leadership values.
  • An ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix management environment, demonstrating refined verbal and written communication skills.
