The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Operational Delivery to strengthen station performance and operational excellence. You will be the first responder for underperforming stations - deploying quickly, diagnosing issues, and implementing corrective action in partnership with local teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly deploy to struggling stations to diagnose operational failings.
• Partner with station managers and planners to implement corrective measures.
• Determine minimal, cost-effective use of resilience resources when required.
• Act as operational first responder before escalation to central teams.
• Track performance improvements and ensure accountability at station level

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership in large-scale operations or transport/logistics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver rapid, measurable improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Flexibility to travel extensively and work under pressure.
