Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 14.8 hours per week - Thursday and Friday
Worker Type: Hybrid Worker
Salary: Grade SLMG5 - £59,534 (level one) rising to £62,048 (level four) per annum (£23,813.60 (level one) rising to 24,819.20 (level four) part time pro rata)

About the Role
Lead, develop and promote the heating and electrical service across the City by providing strategic and operational direction to local in house teams working with tenants and other key stakeholders to make our communities a great place to live and work.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Management and proven track record in delivering high quality mechanical and electrical service
- Proven experience, knowledge and understanding of the legal framework (acts and statutes) relating to property services and people management.
- Experience and proven skill in managing health and safety, mitigating risks and partnership working
- The ability to performance manage a team and develop services to maintain top quality performance in service delivery
- Excellent negotiation skills, the ability to manage projects and budgets effectively
- Demonstrated a personal commitment to the equality, diversity and inclusion challenges faced by our workforce and Nottingham's people.
