Ignition Technology is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead marketing strategies in the UK&I region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT distribution, strong vendor relationship management skills, and a proven ability to drive demand, increase revenue, and enhance brand positioning. You'll work closely with vendor partners and internal teams to create impactful, data-driven campaigns that support business growth. As the Head of Marketing , you will:

- Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing tactics.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendor marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Negotiate and manage marketing development funds (MDF) to optimise return on investment.
- Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, events, social media, email, etc.).
- Liaise with agencies and suppliers to execute the campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, collateral, and sales tools to support channel partners and sales teams.
- Manage third-party agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials and services.
- Support the sales and marketing team on all Ignition events such as trade shows, partner events, and networking events.
- Build a consistent PR and internal communications framework and messaging.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing programs.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure all marketing activities are within budget
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
The ideal Head of Marketing will:

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience of planning and delivering creative, demand generation campaigns.
- Confident and engaging personality to build relationships with Ignition's sales and marketing teams and channel partners.
- Ighly Great organisation skills and the ability to run a number of projects at one time.
- Strong vendor management skills and experience working with IT vendors.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

- Develop a broad understanding of the markets in which partners/vendors operate and a close understanding of partners/vendor's business.
- Build strong relationships in areas relevant to the role.
- Attend internal and external training sessions to achieve greater understanding of the solutions and services Ignition sells as well as the marketing industry.
- Actively manage personal development programme. Prepare for Performance Appraisal sessions to ensure that clear mutual agreement is reached in terms of skill gaps, training, career
