Head of Marketing & Creative Operations
Contract: 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
The Head of Creative & Marketing Operations is responsible for driving the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of marketing and creative output across the business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that marketing strategies, campaigns, and communications are delivered seamlessly across channels and markets.
You'll bring structure where it's needed, pace where it matters, and a sharp eye for what good looks like. From campaign planning to creative production, from processes to cross functional collaboration, you'll keep things moving, improving, and evolving.
You'll also play a key role in shaping how we work, embedding smarter ways of doing things (hello AI), and fostering a culture that's collaborative, curious, and always a little bit better than yesterday.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead Marketing & Creative Operations: Own and optimise end-to-end marketing and creative processes, ensuring high-quality delivery at pace. Establish clear, structured ways of working that enable teams to perform at their best.
- Drive Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead cross-channel, multi-market campaigns from concept to launch. Manage annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring alignment and effective execution across teams and markets.
- Oversee Creative Production & Efficiency: Manage the central creative studio to deliver on-brand, timely output. Implement scalable systems, templates, and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and empower local teams.
- Deliver Commercial Impact: Support revenue growth through operational delivery of key initiatives (e.g. B2B Gift Cards).
- Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic marketing partner across Product, Finance and HR. Support new market launches and partnerships, fostering seamless collaboration across the business.
- Manage Budgets & Resources: Own OPEX marketing budgets and vendor spend, including forecasting and optimisation. Oversee agencies and freelancers to ensure effective and efficient resource allocation.
- Build Scalable Systems: Develop and implement processes, guidelines, and frameworks that support growth and expansion into new markets within a cohesive operating model.
- Champion Team Culture: Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team environment. Promote clear communication, continuous improvement, and a culture where ideas are actively shared and refined.
