The role

We're looking for a Marketing & Client Experience Director to add a new dimension to our already talented and creative Marketing & Communications team. If you have an eye for design, a well-rounded understanding of omni- channel marketing, the ability to support business growth and lead generation we'd love to hear from you.

This key role will work closely with our Head of Marketing & Communications and the wider team to drive and deliver creative and business winning real estate campaigns.

Role Summary

Working as part of the UK Marketing Senior Leadership Team you will lead marketing and client experience for BNP Paribas Real Estate and Strutt & Parker. Developing and executing unifying brand marketing strategies, campaigns and creative, you will be responsible for driving awareness, consideration, and demand for both brands.

With a specialism and expertise in B2C marketing and experience in estate agency, you will be required to work closely with the Residential Leadership team and business, to deliver a differentiated, premium brand strategy and digital client experience for Strutt & Parker. Your key focus will be to develop our client offer as an exciting alternative at the top end of the UK estate agency market and generate high quality new business leads. The position will require a laser focus on customer data, building a strong understanding of the high net-worth customer profile in order to develop impactful marketing strategies with a clear ROI.

Day- to- day across two brands

• Lead and manage a team of marketing, design and brand talent with diversity and creativity at its heart.
• Articulate a clear, inspiring vision and model for how we approach marketing and brand strategy; leading and empowering the team to work collaboratively to support the revenue targets of the business.
• Drive the development of new and existing campaigns to reflect alignment and evolving propositions, focussing on differentiation and relevance in the market.
• Provide high-quality data and insight to guide business decision-making, supporting tangible business benefits and growth across the portfolio. Find innovative and consistent ways to use customer data to inform brand strategies.
• Build strong and positive working relationships with stakeholders across our UK Real Estate businesses, HQ and wider BNP Paribas Group

Day to Day for Strutt & Parker

• Position Strutt & Parker as the first choice for high end residential and rural sales, lettings and land management.
• Development of creative marketing and digital strategies including: customer insights, journey and development of new content.
• Deliver good quality valuation leads for residential sales and lettings using integrated online and offline marketing methods.
• Work with business line leaders on strategies to accelerate business and market share growth for Stutt & Parker
• Develop and manage a robust lead tracking and monitoring process
• Monitor budgets and return on investment on all marketing activity based on regular reporting with each business line head
• Deliver competitor and market analysis and support the business lines in development and launch of new offices or services
• Accountable for the execution and measurement of marketing campaigns and their impact on business success
• Management of external agencies for digital, marketing, content, customer surveys and studies and other marketing activity

Essential experience & qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a track record of entrepreneurship, team and employer loyalty.
• Demonstrable expertise across the B2C marketing mix
• Experience in property marketing, specifically estate agency
• Digital business mindset and ability to utilise data-driven insights to evaluate marketing performance and make data-backed decisions.
• Team management experience, ability to work across disciplines, geographies and organisational boundaries
• A degree / equivalent work experience
• Passion for social media and digital marketing
