We are delighted to be recruiting a Head of Marketing / Marketing Manager based in Leicester.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic marketing team for a growing fast-casual restaurant brand expanding globally. The role will see you driving marketing strategy, campaigns, and brand growth across multiple locations, with full ownership of the marketing function.

As part of the marketing leadership team, you'll oversee a team of 5 professionals, delivering innovative, data-driven campaigns that attract new customers, retain loyal diners, and strengthen brand awareness. Whether you have experience in multi-site QSR operations, international marketing, or broader hospitality marketing, this role offers the chance to lead, innovate, and make a real impact.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment and takes pride in delivering measurable results across multiple channels.

What's on offer:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours
  • Salary: £55,000-£60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness
  • Manage budgets, marketing calendars, and campaign performance analytics
  • Collaborate with operations and franchise teams to ensure brand consistency across all locations
  • Work together with Branding and Social Media team for digital marketing, social media, PR, and offline campaigns
  • Analyse marketing data to optimise campaigns, improve ROI, and report results to senior leadership
  • Ensure all marketing activity reflects the brand's values and positioning in a competitive QSR market
  • Contribute to marketing strategies for international growth and expansion

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in QSR or multi-site hospitality marketing
  • Has experience with international or global brand campaigns (preferred but not essential)
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills with experience managing teams (ideally 5 or more)
  • Is highly organised, creative, and data-driven
  • Has proven experience running multi-channel campaigns with measurable results
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment
  • Is confident, professional, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills
  • Has experience budgeting and reporting marketing performance
  • Is flexible and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in QSR or multi-site hospitality marketing
  • Strong leadership skills, managing and developing a team of 5+
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns (strategic + operational)
  • Experience in international or global brand marketing (preferred)
  • Data-driven and results-focused, with strong analytical skills to measure and optimise campaign performance
