Location
We are a remote-first company, however, we require you to be based in/near London to be able to come into the office when needed. For this role it's also required to be able to travel for Global events when your presence at such events is required.
Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS. You will be responsible for managing and growing a high-performing team of 5 marketing professionals, overseeing demand generation, pipeline targets, and establishing Cryptio as a market leader in Enterprise Back-Office Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Own the entire demand generation process for Cryptio's growing Enterprise business, with a focus on building a robust sales pipeline
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals, including a Growth Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Senior Designer, and Growth Associate.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on revenue generation.
- Take ownership of Crypto Finance Forum - maintain its reputation as the premier event for CFOs and finance pro's in crypto
- Pipeline and Revenue Ownership:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for targeting crypto enterprises and financial institutions.
- Content and Product Marketing:
- Oversee product marketing efforts, ensuring that product positioning, messaging, and market fit are aligned with business objectives.
- Drive content marketing strategies that elevate Cryptio's brand presence, educating prospects and customers about our product offerings and industry thought leadership.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, optimizing strategies based on performance data.
- Leverage data to continually refine campaigns and measure success against marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- Experienced B2B marketing pro, with 5 years+ of proven track record in a leadership role
- Experience managing a talented marketing team (3-10 people) with Growth, Content and Product marketing functions
- Interest in the crypto industry
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
- Creative energy with an entrepreneurial mindset
