Are you a high energy marketing leader with a proven track record in delivering measurable results? We are seeking a key driver of our growth strategy, responsible for both crafting the strategy and consistent execution. This role demands a leader with a sense of urgency, tenacity, and strong interpersonal skills. You will be instrumental in scaling our GTM efforts and achieving our ambitious growth targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling messages that stand out in the market.
  • Guide and create sales enablement materials that optimize sales productivity.
  • Build a demand gen engine that consistently delivers qualified pipeline.
  • Execute on category design and evangelism that drives inbound opportunities
  • Recruit and develop team members.

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Have experience using marketing as a lever to drive revenue and understand how to drive digital and in-person events for strong return.
  • Enjoy engaging directly with customers as a subject matter expert.
  • Have a history of building a strong partnership with sales.

Your direct manager and team

You will join the executive team led by Ruben Miessen, co-founder and CEO, and report to Gregory Vekemans, co-founder and CDO. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and building your own team.
