As the Head of IP International Programs and Projects, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
  • Develop, track and report on key program performance metrics.
  • Own end to end delivery of technical projects, identify technical risks, make trade-offs and efficient delivery of program goals.
  • Analyze business objectives, customer needs, product adoption inhibitors and opportunities, and based on these, in close collaboration with your stakeholders, define a long-term strategy and roadmap for KYC platform and components.
  • Exercise technical judgement in evaluating projects and their potential solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and effectively manage priorities, dependencies, and risks.
  • Identify opportunities, lead process improvements, and implement best practices to improve team efficiency and reduce redundancy.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Technical Solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead remote teams, manage cross-functional projects, establish productive working relationships, influence executive-level strategic decision-making and effectively translate technology insights to business strategy in communications with senior executives.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources allocation, budgets in a fast-paced, agile environment, including Book of Work review, prioritization, and escalation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.

  • Ability to influence without formal authority, leading teams by example and behavior rather than mandate.
