We now have an exciting 12-month secondment opportunity for an experienced Head of Logistics to join our Clothing & Home International Development team. This role will be responsible for delivering this change by creating scalable solutions across all our selling channels (Retail, D2C and B2B inc Marketplace) across both the short and long-term horizons.

An overview of what you'll be involved in:

• Develop logistics solutions to support both continuous improvement, issue resolution and strategic change across all logistics channels. Feeding into the project pipeline in support of the Business roadmap
• Develop and implement the logistics network roadmap to deliver both trading and speed to market / customer and cost objectives. Supporting multiple operating models to include B2B and D2C across owned business, franchise and marketplace partners
• Foster an 'outcome led' approach to setting project objectives, embedding robust benefit tracking (including Sustainability metrics). Across all International projects and partnering closely with our Finance Business Partners
• Responsible for design and delivery of key logistics projects including the tendering and opening of new sites. By sharing specific requirements working with operational sponsors as appropriate.
• Develop the new logistics operating model and solution design for global tradeable stock locations
• Review current International Supply Chain and Logistics Operating Models, building a 'playbook' to help feed into new business requests, and the 3 and 5 year planning process
• Accountable for detailed design of future network with the creation of robust business plan considering end to end cost and service to secure investment. Ensuring that the developments are fit for purpose and well implemented
• Alongside operational sponsors, develop credible and scalable end to end tax efficient logistics solutions to support evolving partner and business requirements. Taking into consideration cost, speed and sustainability
• Lead and manage programme and project activities within Logistics including the development of required systems and processes to support B2B and D2C across owned, franchise and marketplace partners.
• Lead International Supply Chain and Logistics governance and reporting, feeding into relevant governance forums (Global Supply Chain and Logistics Network Steerco, Portfolio Review, International Transformation Forum, and International Business Board). Ensuring International have a voice at all relevant 'tables'
• Lead, empower and develop the Logistics Development team. Provide succession & talent planning.

We are looking for someone with strong International logistics experience covering both D2C and B2B who has an excellent understanding of the requirements need to deliver an outstanding delivery operation. In addition, they will need the ability to look beyond existing methodologies to define and resolve complex problems and challenge the status quo in order to deliver simple operational processes.
