- Salary: £60,055 - £66,712 per annum
- Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Permanent
We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded and people-focused Head of Integrated Facilities Management to lead and develop a diverse, high-profile portfolio of services including Hard and Soft FM, Grounds Maintenance, Building Cleaning and Street Cleansing.
This is a senior leadership role with real influence. You'll set the strategic direction for essential frontline services, driving innovation, continuous improvement and customer focused delivery, while ensuring strong value for money and long-term sustainability.
Day to day, you'll have overall responsibility for ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You'll strengthen operational resilience, improve resource and workforce planning, and use performance insight to continually raise standards.
You'll also:
- Lead, motivate and develop a large operational workforce.
- Manage significant budgets and complex contracts, ensuring best value.
- Identify opportunities for service growth, income generation and efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners and stakeholders.
- Champion modern, data led and sustainable ways of working.
What you will need
You'll be a proven operational leader with experience of running large, complex services in a safety critical environment.
You'll bring:
- Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and contracts
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience driving service improvement and managing operational risk
- The ability to turn strategic ambition into practical, deliverable plans
