This is a very unique opportunity to be a key digital & technology innovation expert within the Bruntwood SciTech ecosystem, influencing change and growth in one of the most aspirational, ambitious and exciting cities when it comes to innovation.
You'll work in a wider team of innovation experts that operate across the Bruntwood SciTech portfolio, stretching from Cambridge to Leeds, taking a lead on growing and supporting tech, digital, and wider innovation businesses across the Bruntwood SciTech Manchester City Centre ecosystem.
The portfolio includes clusters and sites such as: Manchester Technology Centre , Manchester Science Park , Circle Square , Bloc , 111 Piccadilly .
Job purpose:
To support the further development of the digital and technology innovation ecosystem in Manchester to attract and expand high growth businesses.
You'll build a deep understanding of Bruntwood SciTech customer base of digital and technology businesses in Mancheste r, along with their growth opportunities and challenges. You'll build partnerships with regional and national innovation assets, delivery partners, and technology and innovation stakeholders to curate innovation and business support, driving engagement with customers and actively growing the science and tech community.
You'll have the opportunity to represent Bruntwood SciTech , at regional and national thought leadership events to deliver talks/be a speaker, becoming a real driving force for the Manchester digital & tech community.
The key attributes we're looking for:
- A keen interest in tech and digital innovation
- You'll have evidence of building tech ecosystems, supporting SMEs growth, with a strong personal network
- You'll have experience of managing complex stakeholder relationships to ensure a collaborative approach to innovation in Manchester
