Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the ICT department, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of an outstanding ICT curriculum
• Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning activities
• Maintain and update ICT systems, infrastructure, and resources to ensure seamless operation and accessibility
• Stay abreast of emerging educational technologies and innovation to drive continuous improvement in ICT provision
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of ICT programs to identify areas for improvement
• Provide support and training to staff and students on the use of ICT tools and applications
• Manage budgets and procurement processes for ICT equipment and software

Requirements
Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Extensive experience in ICT education, preferably in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing educational technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in ICT education
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in budget management and procurement processes
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and legislation related to ICT in schools
• Passionate about creating a positive learning environment and supporting students' digital literacy skills
• Ability to start in September and work full-time
