Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the ICT department, providing strategic direction and guidance
• Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to integrate technology effectively into the curriculum
• Develop and implement innovative ICT programs and initiatives
• Stay updated with emerging educational technologies and best practices
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of ICT systems and resources
• Provide training and support to staff on the use of ICT tools and applications
• Manage budgets and procurement processes

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Extensive experience in ICT education, preferably in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully implementing educational technology initiatives
• Excellent knowledge of current trends and best practices in ICT education
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in budget management and procurement processes
• Passion for academic excellence and supporting students' digital literacy skills
• Ability to start in September and work full-time
