About the Role

As Head of Humanities, you will:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing Humanities department (including Geography, History, and related subjects)
  • Champion excellence in teaching, curriculum design, and student outcomes
  • Inspire and support staff through strong leadership and professional development
  • Develop an engaging and ambitious Geography curriculum that fosters curiosity about the world
  • Monitor progress and implement strategies to ensure all students achieve their full potential
