The role:
Are you aself-motivated, enthusiastic and supportive individual? If so, Barr Beacon School may have theperfect opportunity for you. Our Head of House PAs provide pastoral andadministrative support in a fast-paced working environment. They play a keyrole in facilitating the day-to-day clerical support working closely with theHead of House.
Some of the main responsibilities of the role includefirst day absence calls, attending parental meetings to take notes andmaintaining pupil records.
About you:
You will play an important part in the school community,providing support to both staff and pupils to a professional standard. Your skills will include:
• Having at least GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Englishand Maths;
• Being experienced in working insimilar administrative roles;
• Possessing excellent verbal andwritten communication skills, alongside strong IT skills;
• Having the ability to handle highlyconfidential information.
