Hospitality Manager - Central London - £50,000 Salary

Are you a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a talented Hospitality Manager to join our team in Central London, offering an exciting opportunity to deliver 5-star service within a prestigious corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee hospitality and event services, including buffets, fine dining dinners, and canapé receptions.
• Lead, recruit, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage staffing levels to meet operational needs while maintaining budgetary control.
• Ensure all hospitality areas and equipment meet Health and Safety standards and are well-maintained.
• Assist in achieving financial targets and preparing business forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in food service, contract catering, or hospitality, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, a good understanding of financial management, and problem-solving ability.
• A passion for customer service and providing a world-class hospitality experience.
• Ability to thrive in a corporate setting with a focus on delivering 5-star service.
